The new advertisements designed to promote The Quality Mark will be the focus of The Carpet Foundation's entire media activity from February to July in a �200,000 heavyweight consumer campaign using the now famous John Swannell images.
The new campaign promoting the generic benefits of carpet and The Quality Mark kicks off on February 5th, and as can be seen in our media schedule is comprehensive and high profile, covering 20 of the leading home interest titles. Response from the advertising industry to the restyled advertisements has been exceptionally positive and several prominent positions such as outside back covers and inside front covers have already been secured.
The results of consumer focus group research has shown that consumers like the Quality Mark imagery; the simplicity of the scheme; the association with the 13 high quality manufacturers and the use of the original advertising imagery shot by Royal Photographer John Swannell.
