BRITISH MANUFACTURERS LEAD THE WAY

Business leaders now believe that the UK is ‘better for manufacturing than the EU’ according to a report by PwC and Made UK. That’s good to hear as it is is widely acknowledged that the British make the best carpet in the world. When the prime locations need carpet, more often than not a UK manufacturer will supply it. UK manufacturers are synonymous with quality, craftsmanship and creativity. It may be a bit trite and patriotic but our manufacturers make a significant contribution to their local economy and are an integral part of their community. ‘Buy British’ may have a retro ring to it yet the sentiment is ‘of the moment’. British made products have a special place in our hearts and homes – and when it comes to making carpet, we are world leaders.
