We promote carpet generically and the very best practice in carpet retailing. We are supported by over 450 carpet shops nationwide, all of whom follow a Code of Practice approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. The Code is exclusive to our retailers, and should give you peace of mind that you are dealing with people you can trust. Retailers are audited annually by the TSI to ensure compliance.
